This new Basement Tape conversation is the final in our Alphabet series on theology. Z is for Omega (The End). This conversation between Dr. R.C. Sproul Jr., Rev. Laurence Windham and their friends considers the end, heaven, and eternity. What does the end of this world look like? Where is life going? To understand the end of the journey we must go back to the beginning. As we get a better grip on our Genesis we will better understand our end in glory, the Revelation of His glory. There is continuity from our beginning to our end, and what we do now matters. It’s one story, a story that began in the garden and is moving to completion. Join us for this conversation on the beginning, the end, and what comes in between, on the Alpha, the Omega, and we who are His. This conversation is available in our store.
What is the Alphabet Series on Theology?
Our God generously allows Himself to be made known so man engages in God study, or, theology. We study God that we may know His nature, His greatness and His goodness. The chief end of man is to glorify God and to enjoy Him forever, and we hope that this series helps His people to be better equipped for this task. These twenty-six conversations are not the end but we hope a beginning of a life of God-Study, a noble and necessary endeavor for all Christians. These conversations are available individually in our store and will soon be available as a full set.
What are The Basement Tapes?
The Basement Tapes are conversations between Dr. R.C. Sproul Jr., Rev. Laurence Windham, their friends and special guests, on subjects related to the “good life,” a simple, separate, and deliberate life, lived out for the glory of God and for the building of His Kingdom.
You might even say that the Basement Tapes serve to help us develop a Christian worldview. Started in 2002, we now have #144 conversations on all areas of life that we are seeking to think biblically about so that we might take dominion over them for the King and His kingdom.
If you find these conversations on Christian life and theology to be helpful to you, consider joining the You Get a Tape club. The members of this club receive all our Basement Tapes conversations automatically on CD or as MP3 downloads. These folks are not just members of a club, they are people who have benefited from the teaching and resources we produce and want to help us reach more families with the kingdom-building message. There are many more conversations to have, we’d love you to be a part of it.
